We have a 7-day Flexible Refund Policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return with no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with the original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to submit the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you are requested to contact our Customer Service Team via WhatsApp or at order@deedady.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You’ll need to submit the tracking information within 24 hours from the time of shipping the item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or without providing us the tracking information within 24 hours from the time of shipping the item(s) will not be accepted.

Please note, items must be shipped back to the address provided by our Customer Service Team, NOT the address on your original delivery.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services for returns.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us via WhatsApp or at order@deedady.com within 3 days from the date of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We ask that you please include photos and video of the damage to expedite the process.

If the returns qualify under Damages and issues of our Return Policy and we ask you to ship it yourself, then a standard shipping fees paid up to SAR 37.5 (equal to USD 10) will get refunded to you provided submitting the shipping invoice.

Exceptions: Non-Returnable/Exchangeable/Refundable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned nor exchanged, like beach products, swimming products, sunglasses, jewelries, hair accessories, underwear, lingerie, earrings, beauty & fragrances, hosiery, screen protectors for mobiles, bottles. Also, products with on-demand printing or design can’t be returned nor exchanged nor refunded (i.e. Trophy with printing logo or names on it or special designed boxes)

Also, items marked as “Flash Sale”, “Final Sale” & “Special Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns nor exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

You will receive an email from us to notify you once we’ve received your return. Please allow us up to 14 business days to process and inspect your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We need this time to contact the supplier, but usually we don’t reach the maximum time limit to send you our feedback.

If the refund is approved, the approved amount will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 to 10 business days depending on the issuing bank of the credit/debit card or payment method used. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return without receiving the refund, please contact us via WhatsApp or at order@deedady.com to inspect the issue with our bank.

Customer Service Team may offer you a deposit of the approved refund amount for your return to your Gift Cards Balance at out store. Please note, items purchased with Gift Cards are “Final Sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged; and Gift Cards cannot be used for payment outside of www.deedady.com; redeemed for cash; or returned for a cash refund.
