Order Fulfillment

Once you place an order on www.deedady.com, you will receive an email with the order number and details, and we will provide you with 24 hours period to cancel your order before we start processing the order and fulfill its shipping to your chosen shipping address.

Once the order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track the status of your order and it will not be possible to cancel the order.

Products available “On Backorder” may require 10-20 business days to be processed and receive the confirmation email.

Receiving the order confirmation email means that your shipping address is covered by our supplier to ship the product to. Please note that some shipping service provider may not be able to deliver to certain countries and/or cities.

Shipping Methods & Charges

In DeeDady, we offer free shipping across continents to most of our products and it will be explicitly mentioned in the product information. The default delivery option is “Standard Delivery”, but you may choose between other faster paid shipping methods available for selected countries. We have 2 Shipping Options:

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery within  8-14 days to Saudi Arabia and 10-15 days to USA and within this range for other countries that we ship to as shown in above table. Most of our deliveries don’t reach the maximum time limit, yet it is depending on the location of the customer and product’s dimensions and weight.  Standard Delivery is Free of Charge for all our products, with exception to “Rihal” products where its shipping policy is explained in the product’s description.
  • Express Delivery: Delivery within 3-7 days for orders placed before Monday 6pm. Most of our deliveries don’t reach the maximum time limit, yet it is depending on the location of the customer and product’s dimensions and weight. This service is available to certain countries and products at a premium price. Delivery premium prices is subject to the location of the customer and product’s dimensions and weight.  This shipping option must be requested from the Customer Service Team via WhatsApp or at order@deedady.com.

If no one is available to receive the order, you will have the option to arrange an alternate delivery date or receive additional information about receiving your order from the delivery company. If you cannot receive your order on the second delivery attempt, you may have to pay an additional charge for any further delivery attempt as per the delivery company’s policy.

DeeDady Online Store will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Saudi Arabia.

Value Added Tax (VAT) for European Union (EU) Countries

Value Added Tax (VAT) will be charged to customers from EU countries in accordance to the European Commission regulations and Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) system.

IOSS is a new system of new VAT declaration and payment especially for cross-border online sales and importation of the low-value goods to the EU with a value not exceeding a total of EUR 150 which is approximately equal to SAR 625 based on the Currency exchange.

It allows suppliers and electronic interfaces selling imported goods to buyers in the EU to collect, declare and pay the VAT to the tax authorities, instead of making the buyer pay the VAT at the moment the goods are imported into the EU.

Customs Fees for International Shipments

The total order price which is shown in the Checkout process is inclusive of the shipping cost and taxes (if applicable). Any additional payments collected by customs after shipment is not affiliated to DeeDady.

The customs charges is subject to regulations at the shipping destination country. The shipping company may contact you to pay for customs charges, if any.

Multiple Shipments for the Same Order

We source products from different suppliers and locations. There might be a scenario in which you buy multiple items in one single order. If these items are not in one fulfillment center, then multiple shipments will get initiated from our end.

FAQs

Can I cancel the order after the order is placed?

The order is usually shipped by us within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. It can be cancelled during this timeframe only. If the order has already been shipped and you don’t want the shipment, you can request a return after you receive it as per our Refund Policy.

Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?

Yes, it is possible to change it if it was not already shipped to the original address before you raised this request. Just contact our Customer Service Team via WhatsApp or at order@deedady.com who will assist you with this matter.

Do you refund the shipping fee for returns?

If the returns qualify under Damages & Issues paragraph of our Refund Policy, we will send you the Return Instructions to your email and it will be free of charge. Otherwise, we will deduct the return shipping rate from the refunded amount.

I opted for Standard Shipping. Can I change this to Express Shipping after placing the order?

If the order is not yet processed at the time of your request, then we will do our best to upgrade you to Express Shipping and you will be prompted to make the additional payment for that. For more details, go ahead and reach out to our Customer Service Team via WhatsApp or at order@deedady.com.

Can I change the delivery time?

Once we assign a courier, the courier person will contact you before the delivery. You can communicate the preferred delivery time. If they can accommodate the change on the same day, then they will do it. Otherwise, the courier person will deliver your order the next day at your preferred time.

What should I do if my order is not delivered as per the delivery timelines?

It is very rare for an order not to be delivered on time. But in such cases, you can contact our Customer Service Team via WhatsApp or at order@deedady.com and share the details. We will coordinate with the respective courier partner and provide you with updates about the delivery.

Can I add a different International Shipping address for my purchases?

We do understand that on some occasions, you may like to purchase something on DeeDady and gift it to your relatives or friends in a different country. You can contact our Customer Service Team via WhatsApp or at order@deedady.com and we will do our best to accommodate such a request.

Do you provide Free Shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping across continents to most of our products within 7-15 days to most of the countries we ship to. Most of our deliveries don’t reach the maximum time limit, yet it is depending on the location of the customer and product’s dimensions and weight. However, we also offer other paid shipping options with faster delivery by reaching out to our Customer Service Team via WhatsApp or at order@deedady.com.

Will I receive a call before the delivery?

We communicate the delivery schedule by e-mail. Once we assign a courier, the courier person will contact you before the delivery. In case you wish to change your delivery time, then please communicate the preferred delivery time to the courier person. If they can accommodate the change on the same day, then they will do it. Otherwise, the courier person will deliver your order the next day at your preferred time.

Can I add more items to my order and still receive everything at the same time?

Once the order is placed, you can’t add additional items to the same order. We request you to purchase the required item as a separate/new order and contact our Customer Service Team via WhatsApp or at order@deedady.com to raise your request. If the item is bought at the same day, we will do our best for you to receive the items together on the same timing.

Do I need to pay any additional charges for using my credit card?

There are no extra charges for using your Credit or Debit card to purchase on DeeDady.

What if the item I received was damaged?

We normally take great care in our packaging by adding bubble wrapping and “Fragile” stickers. It is very rare for the item to get damaged in transit. In case you received a damaged item, then please reach out to our Customer Service Team via WhatsApp or at order@deedady.com and communicate all the details. We will collect the item back and either refund you or replace it. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
